Constant Heat Tabletop Jaw Sealers
BaggingGuys offers a variety of simple, tablet-top jaw sealers for sealing your bags and pouches. These sealers use a constant-heat (the jaw heats up and stays hot) sealing process. The operator sets the desired seal temperature, inserts the bag top and closes the jaw to create a secure, air-tight seal.
Our simplest unit (the Manual Jaw Sealer) relies 100% on the operator to create the required foot-pedal pressure and dwell time to create a seal. The Motor Jaw and Robot Jaw Sealers add automated controls for more uniform seal pressure and dwell time control

Manual "Foot-pedal" Jaw Sealers

- 0.001 to 9.999 Second Timer Allows Precise Control of Sealing Time
- Includes Pressure Control Regulator (Up to 100 PSI) and Dial Pressure Gauge
- "Poly Sealer" model designed for sealing polyethylene materials
- "Thermo Sealer" model designed for versatile sealing of "supported" materials like:
